Chat? Do you mean the in game chat? Do you expect that if you write "Good Game", it will be translated into the language of the person you are playing?
They just got around to translating the basic menus and such into 9 different languages last year. (It's a profile option. You should try it.) They are actively working on making the site more accessible. (and are looking for translators)
Many people would like the instructional content translated.
People do ask questions here on the forum in different languages and sometimes they get answered. I try to help with questions in French, German or Spanish. I'm not fluent but I can usually figure out what people are asking.
Chat translation is many years away. I suppose we could start by compiling a list of ways to say "Good Game" in many different languages.

French- Bon jeu
German- Gutes Spiel
Spanish- Buen juego
I am from the US, and I apologize in advance if I sound completely igonorant. I was just wondering if all of chess.com is English, or if there are translations for chat depending on where you are located.
