and i hear some sort of mic static too. is youtube being hacked or something?

Every video i play seems to playing audio from somewhere else. it stops when i pause it. i checked all my tabs, and there isnt any other youtube tab open. I can here the audio from the actual video, but there is weird music playing over it, what is going on? im on chrome btw.
