Is my school strict at lunch?

For one, we can’t turn around or talk to people at lunch. Second, we can’t play thumb wars or rock, paper, scissors which by the way is CRAZY! Third, when a line is lining up to go to the classroom, we can’t clear our lunches which is rude apparently? Is my school strict with lunch?

Ik plus, the principal spies on us like a hawk when we are eating and gets up all in our business.
