Is This Site Indifferent To The Promotion Of Islamic State?

I belong to a group called Open Discussion in which there is much lighter moderation of subjects discussed, such as religion & politics, than in the general forums but of course some subjects should never be tolerated.

The day before yesterday (23rd./Nov) I noticed a new topic in the group-forum entitled "Lend Me Your Ears, John Cantlie" & went to view it. John Cantlie is the British hostage held by Islamic State (IS) & is being used by them, under threat of execution, for propaganda purposes.

The topic consists of a series of posted Youtube videos without any comment from the OP himself & the only thing it does is to promote the interests & objectives of Islamic State.

Indeed the OP, HAIZAM, actually flies the IS flag in his avatar!

Being very disturbed by this, I reported the matter immediately to both the group's admin (a staff member) & also directly to the H&S staff but I see nothing's been done about it two days later.

IS is the most barbarous, fanatical & inhumane organisation to have emerged from the Middle East to date & is responsible for the brutal deaths of countless numbers of citizens (mostly Muslim) in Syria & Iraq, not to mention the brutal slaying of British & American hostages.

Are all the staff asleep on this website, otherwise why on earth does chess.com tolerate having such filth promoted on it's own site?

Is anybody else as enraged as I am?

Eventually? How long should it take to remove both the content & the member from this site?

It's about priorities & this site has them badly wrong IMO!

Well, they have to take notice in the first place.

Well I sent a message to one of the admins of the group & submitted a normal 'abuse' report to the staf over 36 hours ago, so how long does it take to take notice?

Come to think of it, I've probably posted this in the wrong forum & it needs to be in the Help & Support one - I'll move it there.

I was shocked to see that him/her flying the islamic state. I had a picture of some nice upskirt, of course that gets taken down. Those people could be plotting another 9/11 right here on Chess.com.

I totally agree with Stephen here! It's been four months now since he complained about the profil picture and that guy still has the ISIS flag on his profile! Why does chess.com tolerate this? 

@cmills1 & kaynight: what are you guys talking about?! Does this have anything to do with the offence by this inappropriate picture? 

But this is not about ISIS but about chess.com tolerating this crap!
