Yeah, try to find A/C or a breeze. Failing that, drink lots of water, preferably with ice. Stay out of the sun if possible...
When I say "drink lots of water", drink enough to not get thirsty, but don't go nuts with the water. It's actually possible to die from drinking too much water...
Go to basement. A/C. I just wear long sleeve and pants. It is hot, but it protects me from heat.
