Ragebait is a topic that a mass amount of people disagree with, has no proof, and only induces rage.
So yeah, something you disagree with isn't always ragebait, but if it applies to having no/false proof, many people disagreeing with it, and quite literally has only the op/ other known trolls agreeing with the fact, then yeah, its ragebait.
