Your absolutely right SB. I can't speak for staff. About a yr ago, that ticket system had a capsha box. When it broke, boy did it piss off a lot of people.

I did not report it in this case. Im talking about the past few months on two differnt occassions and i have several friends in here who have had the same thing happen. i didnt bother in this case but they did remove it quickly.

In the 8 months or so that I've been here I only contacted support once (maybe twice?)...and they did respond within 24 hours....so I always thought chess.comm has good customer service. And I do see Erik come out here in the forums to answer threads.
Maybe sometimes they just get inundated...
Why not? Maybe Chess.com could install an advice line. It could be well paid but wouldn't matter in the end & nobody would care anyway unless you have a feminine avatar.

Guys, I welcome world peace...but a local pub brawl breaking out here and there..is alright...we gotta let off steam somewhere...worse that can happen is you end up getting a few stiches at the hospital and paying the bar for the chairs you broke.

I know there is the thread for the spam....
These days no one answers you when you report it. I have had unanswered reports the past few months. no one even responds. the support on this site these days is horrendous
