You have no money except for your own clothes and the mimic. The weapons smith can’t weld and hammer paper and writing utensils, but there’s a single shop for common goods.

He doesn’t need to weld to make a glaive, it’s a normal weapon

He forges your weapon for you. Made with a tungsten blade. And spiked a bit near the handle with metal shrapnel welded to its side. The handle is made out of strips of leather cloth, wrapped around a hollowed metal pipe.
