It is the end of the first day. you all consume 1 food, and 1 water. you may find food by hunting, and you may find water at the (as of today) unpolluted stream.
you may use your knife to cut branches (used for making shelters, as weapons, etc.)
you may also find flint in the stream bed, and use that to upgrade your sharp stick.
