Give me one good reason anyone would switch genders
Because that person feels like they should be in another body, and wants to switch their gender for the better of themselves. I've talked to so many people like that, and by being a gender they dislike, they're very sad, and even depressed. It doesn't matter what your ideology for everyone is, if they think it's good for them, then they can switch genders.
