#169 this keeps all the LGBTQ debate on this forum in check
LGBTQ Debate/Discussion Thread
What I'm starting to realize as I get into these debates is that you will never change the minds of LGBTQ proponents and leftists.
It's sad to see so many people like the OP not only not being accepting of people, but also saying things against them like, "your opinion doesn't matter but mine does (not an actual quote)." Very Atheistic of you. Funny how you say we can't use "religion" but then call us out at the end anyway.
I hope you guys will someday stop with this silly ideology that your school has taught you and learn to think for yourself and what is right.
But until then, continue being anti-common sense, against religion, and everything in between.
This will be my last post here unless I get rage-baited.
Basix I corrected your statement and applied it to you.
Yawn. I think with my brain and not by a religion. That's a good thing.
Your religion is what your school has taught you.
I used to think basic was chill guess not
I usually am. This is just one of those topics that I feel very strongly about. We all have that topic of discussion that we're passionate about, and this is mine. But I'm trying to leave this thread, so consider this a step forward.

I'm not religious. My school doesn't teach me not to be religious, or to be apart of one.

Eldest, I understand you feel insulted. Being a leftist is not inherently wrong, like being a LGBTQ proponent. Some people often use a very literal interpretation of religious verses to justify irrational acts, and I think that’s what Basix was attempting to show. I’m not against religions. I’m quite aware that most religious people do not advocate for violations of human rights. But as always, there’s a fringe element, and that’s what Basix is against. Yes, he could have worded it better.
#175 brother just drop the whole righteous act like u didnt didle a minor
What makes you think he did?
Quick question: What is the LGBT(whatever comes after that) community? Is it a religion? A philosophy? A way of life (literally the same as the last two)? I want some clarity on this, please.

I wasn't specifically insulted, I have a fairly thick skin. But was I was attempting to do is show that the things he was saying of the other people in this thread also apply to him.

It's a cult lol.
#160 a good point I've always wondered about. This is why we need education and debate.
