I'm not religious. My school doesn't teach me not to be religious, or to be apart of one.

Eldest, I understand you feel insulted. Being a leftist is not inherently wrong, like being a LGBTQ proponent. Some people often use a very literal interpretation of religious verses to justify irrational acts, and I think that’s what Basix was attempting to show. I’m not against religions. I’m quite aware that most religious people do not advocate for violations of human rights. But as always, there’s a fringe element, and that’s what Basix is against. Yes, he could have worded it better.

I wasn't specifically insulted, I have a fairly thick skin. But was I was attempting to do is show that the things he was saying of the other people in this thread also apply to him.

It’s essentially all whom preform in queer (originally meaning weird) activity’s and accept a unique identity/ gender to the beat of my knowledge #185
Bottom line: Think for yourself, and don't blindly follow what's "better" for your religion.
It can do many of you some good.
