Link between 'Followers' and 'Views'?

OK I get it that the more Views you have, the more Followers you are likely to get. But I've seen peeps who have lots of views but not many followers (OK that's understandable), but others who have less views than they have followers (which is weird).

What's the biggest difference that you've noticed?

(PS Please pls don't Follow me as being followed / stalked by strangers really creeps me out 🙂 I never post anything so it would be a waste of time anyway. ☺)

Probably it is the case that the follower didn't look at the profile. Sometimes people just accept friend requests without being interested in the other person.

That makes sense. I hadn't thought of that.  Seems rude.

I think most people who view your profile do it after playing you in a game, the rest obviously find one of your comments in the forums and decide to see more about you.

Followers includes your friends plus any other people who want to follow you for whatever reason.
