Lucid Dream Help
Question: What are the benefits of lucid dreaming?
You can use it to practice thing you do in life, face fears, etc. lot of good info on that.
Wait can this lead to sleep deprivation
You do lose some sleep or you take some extra time to sleep. True lucid dreaming every night and such requires time investment to get enough sleep and to improve, but the average person also scrolls for 2 hours a day so cutting back on social media will free up some time. Probably best to do a not very involved technique or not try much if you are truly a very busy person
I tried lucid dreaming a few months ago I got one or two each for like ten minutes but then I couldn’t get anymore and I stopped, I might want to try again sometime though
There are a lot of different reasons why the lucid dreams stopped coming, what methods did you use?
Lucid dreaming is actually really dangerous, people.
No it's not. Your brain is awake
yeh. It’s kinda crazy. It can also lead to sleep paralysis..
It can but that is not dangerous. In fact sleep paralysis is a good way to induce lucid dreams.
#316 I’d have to challenge the point, dreams are very inconsistent so playing chess might not work out, too many functioning variables right? Idrk bc when I have lucid dreams they’re usually only wet
Well you can control you dreams so you can stop whatever you are doing in your lucid dreams and switch to chess in them. Lot of variables but you can control them mostly.
