I'm sorry @rogers303. I just won't be able to finish it, although I'll release the ending and stuff
Marvel Vs. DC
you did not have to do that

Should I also include the list of all the characters that made it to the final battle? I had already picked out who would be in the story and who wouldn't, so I can release that today

Well when I get an idea for a story, I can't sleep for the next few night. So I spend all that time putting the plot together. That's how I came up with all this stuff, several sleepless nights and way too much superhero knowledge lol

Well too bad, because Wonder Woman and Thor make a great team
i think so too
whyd u bump

wonder woman, captain marvel and black widow would make a great team cuz they all suck!!!!s
they could call themselves the stupid idiots😈
#strong opinions 😎

Chapter 8
“Where the actual heck are we?” Oliver Queen, A.K.A. the Green Arrow, asked. Team Flash was not having a good time at the moment. The planet of Poppup, where they had ended up, was a harsh land. Pits of lava, monsters of all shapes and sizes, and hostile natives (Poppupians) were what the team was greeted with. There had been several close calls; already Heat Wave had perished, due to one of the lava pits, ironically enough. Several of the LabBots had also malfunctioned. To make things even worse, their communicators had stopped functioning for some reason.
Flash cursed as he attempted to once again fix his device. “I don’t know, Queen. I’m used to exploring alternate timelines, not alternate dimensions! I have no idea where we could be or what to expect.”
“So,” Oliver responded, “we’re stranded on a hostile planet, we’ve already lost one of our men, we can’t communicate with Clark, and you have no further information to give us. I should have just stayed in bed and watched The Office.”
“Well, look on the bright side.” Jason Todd (Red Hood) said. “Maybe in this dimension, Kurt Cobain is still alive.”
“If Kurt Cobain was still alive, you’d be an even worse punk than you already are!” Oliver snapped.
“Don’t you dare insult Cobain!” Jason warned.
“Yeah, what are you gonna do to me?”
“GUYS, GUYS, calm down!” Flash interjected angrily. “This is already bad enough, but arguing about something like that isn’t going to make the situation any better. Now, I know that all the natives we’ve encountered so far have been hostile, but they may have some technology we can borrow to fix our devices. I think it’s our only option. I’ll scout out the terrain first.” Before anyone could speak, he was off like a streak of lightning.
As Barry sped across the terrain, he started to question why he was even doing this. Was there really a threat? Yeah, some aliens had landed on the planet, but there was nothing wrong in that. That was how Clark had first come to Earth, a young boy far from his homeland. If only the devices were working, then barry to call Clark and try to talk to him about this. If only…
Something caught his eye. He stopped abruptly, causing a cloud of dust to cascade around him. When it settled, 4 figures, obviously humans, came up and surrounded him.
“Trying to imitate me, eh?” Pietro Maximoff scoffed in his Eastern European accent. “Trying to be as fast as me won’t get you very far in life. Now, who are you?”
“Your enemy, obviously.” the stranger in red shot back. Pietro slapped him across the face, or at least attempted to; the stranger ducked at lightning speed. Pietro’s companions, namely Balder the Brave, Joseph Chapman (Union Jack), and Alex Summers (Havok), raised their eyebrows in near-unison.
“I and my friends,” continued Pietro, pretending that nothing had happened, “Have been sent here to guard this planet against the likes of you. Now, I would advise you to surrender yourself quietly. If you resist, you’ll have to face my wrath, and nobody wants to face the wrath of Quicksilver.” He tried to ignore Havok’s cough that sounded like a muffled laugh.
The red stranger stayed quiet for several moments, and Quicksilver was about to take action, when he responded. “How about… I make a deal, and you choose whether or not you want to accept it.”
Quicksilver let forth a harsh burst of laughter. “Ha! And how do you expect that to happen, when you are clearly surrounded.” He spread his arms out. “I see no friends.”
“Of course you don’t see them, your ego gets in the way of your sight. If you were to go look around with those speedy legs you supposedly have, and go run up a mountain, then you’d see all my friends, as well as my legion of killer robots. Or are you too scared to leave me with your buddies and go off by yourself?” The man taunted.
Flash had a smug smile on his face as the other speedster raced off into the distance. While he waited for his return, he took a look at his captors. The viking looked pretty intimidating; he seemed to be a peak physical condition, and he carried a war axe. Probably slow though, making him less of a threat to Flash. Then there was the guy who looked to be about in his 20s. He had a gun on him and a fancy dagger, but was rather skinny. He could be taken out fairly easily. As for the moody teenager, Flash couldn’t tell what his gimmick was, so he decided to keep the kid in his sight. Altogether they should be easy to defeat, as long as the speedster was as prideful as he seemed…
He was back, that Quicksilver guy. Barry saw the concern on his face and asked him, “Everything all right, Speedy Gonzalez?” Almost shaking with rage, he was shooting daggers out of his eyes at Barry.
“Baldur, Joseph, come with me. We have something to discuss.” He said to the viking and the dagger guy. “Havok, stay here and guard our prisoner. If he runs… turn him into a pile of ash for me.” ‘Ok, maybe this wasn’t going to be as easy as I hoped for’, Flash thought, glancing at the teenager nervously. Hopefully Oliver got the message in time.
“We’re outnumbered, to put it simply.” Quicksilver told Union Jack and Balder when they were out of earshot.
“Oh for Odin’s sake, this won’t be too bad. We can handle it.” Balder said, brandishing his axe with a grin.
“No we can’t. I just saw them. There’s 5 men on this guy’s team, and at least a score of robots. If anyone here knows about robots, it’s me, and those things aren’t friendly.” Quicksilver replied. “I think we might have to negotiate a deal.”
“Absurd!” cried Union Jack. “That’s practically surrendering! Remember what that great man, Winston Churchill, said: ‘We shall never surrender!’”
“I know, I hate the thought of it. There’s no other alternative though other than death, and the longer we’re alive, the more possible good we can do.” Quicksilver sighed.
“Is that really true though?” Joseph asked. “Sometimes dying is the best you can do for your country. What if Captain Rogers hadn’t sacrificed himself back in ‘45? He wouldn’t have been under ice for 70 years, but a lot of people would have died because of it. I think our best option is to fight to the death.”
“I agree. You may be only a human, Joseph, but you have the heart of a true Asgardian.” Balder told him. “I say, we kill our prisoner, cut his head off, and send it to his friends as a gift. That should be fun.”
After a bit more arguing, they decided to fight, and to kill the red stranger (Although Quicksilver refused to cut his head off).
Flash looked over as Quicksilver and his two friends returned. He could tell by the looks on their faces, that they intended murder. ‘This plan of mine better work, otherwise I’m in deep water’ he thought to himself.
“Did the prisoner cause any problems, Havok?” The viking asked.
“None at all, that I can assure you of.” Havok responded with an air of boredom. “I almost wish he did, I finally would have had something fun to do.”
Ignoring him, Quicksilver spoke. “Well, prisoner, we have decided on our course of action. We do not care about your friends. We are not afraid of them. And, just to prove it, we’re going to kill you. I hope you’re ready to meet your Maker. Balder, you get the honors.” The viking, who apparently was named Balder, took up his axe.
There was no more time to waste. Flash had to act now, with or without backup. As Balder stepped towards him, Barry jumped up and ran straight at him, ducking at the last fraction of a second. Havok saw his prisoner escaping, and directed one of his extremely heated plasma blasts at him; Flash’s maneuvering, however, made Balder the victim and vaporized him instantly.
“YOU FOOL!” Quicksilver yelled at Havok, as he sprinted after Flash. It was now a matter of who could run faster. Flash had a good headstart thanks to Havok’s momentary distraction, but a large tree in the way made him slow down a bit, causing Quicksilver to get closer to him. Over the terrain the speedsters ran; going up and down mountains, narrowly skirting around lava pits, and avoiding trees and obstacles as best as they could.
Flash looked behind, and saw his enemy close following. It wouldn’t take long for Quicksilver to catch up. Out of the corner of his eye, Barry saw a lava pit, and began racing towards it. ‘It’s now or never’ he thought. As he neared the pit, instead of turning around it, he stopped dead in his tracks and turned around. Quicksilver was barreling towards him. Crouching close to the ground, he watched as Quicksilver saw his fate coming, but couldn’t stop himself. As he flew over Flash, Barry pushed him with all the strength he had. The combined momentum hurtled Quicksilver through the air and straight into the pit of lava. A yell of pain was heard, and then nothing more, as the lava swallowed over him.
For a moment Flash stood there, looking at the boiling red liquid. He then turned back to where the fight had began. Oliver was already there with the rest of the gang. Havok was lying in a pool of blood, a green arrow protruding from his chest.
“He refused to surrender. Nearly killed me. The other one got dismembered by the LabBots.” Oliver told Barry, in reply to his unspoken question.
“Shame. I don’t think he was 18 even. But thus is war.” Barry said. “Did you get my signal?”
“I did, and I got here as soon as I could. We had more problems with natives though. Barry, I hope we don’t have to be here very long, because these people hate us. There’s no way they’re gonna help us fix our devices.”
“Well we’re going to have to do something. We can’t just sit here, waiting for Clark to come find us. You know what, we’re gonna camp here for the night. I’ll figure something out by tomorrow morning.”
As Oliver went off, Flash sighed to himself. He wasn’t ready for all this responsibility. He had no idea what to do. For all he knew, they could very well be lost in this new dimension. It was a lot to handle. Unconsciously, he began humming the Elton John song:
“And I think it’s gonna be a long, long time…”
That’s ok!
