In Earth orbit you don't talk about up, you say Zenith. Down is Nadir. Those are directions relative to your position w.r.t. thz Earth's center of mass. If you are out of Earth orbit it's irrelevant until you are in the near gravitational field of another object.

In space direction is not a thing, since we have no fixed point [while on earth, the fixed point is the sky which represents upward motion]

So if youre in north magnetic pole and other man is in south magnetic pole the your up is the mans down and his up is your down
