The Harbinger Of The Void, he is the manifestation of the void itself, He has an entire cult based around him, and he's one of the most powerful entities more powerful than Bloodshed, but he's been biting his time because, there's only one type of magic that can truly kill him. Shattered magic.
His non-fully manifested form is two ginormous purple eyes with two ginormous purple hands and one ginormous mouth.
In his fully manifested form, he is a ginormous being draped in a black cloak covered in purple eyes and void, He wears a mask that is pure white with golden eyes and purple horns.
He's able to control and manipulate the void itself, turning it into chains, weapons, tendrils, you name it, he can probably turn the void into it or manipulate it.
