I usually only play Rapid games, but do occasionally play Blitz games. I don't play music for Blitz games, but the music I usually play during Rapid games is this:

I know some of those songs from other games. But listening to those high pitch sounds while playing chess hurts our brain.

I usually don't play the music at high volumes, so it usually doesn't cause any negative effects to me. It sometimes doesn't fit the theme of the game, but I find it nice to listen to.
