Sort:
People can be muted for stuff like spamming or insulting or personal attacks, but it isn’t very common I don’t think.

Is it now policy of Chess.com to mute players? I have recently come across a number of games saying: "so and so has been muted and cannot reply". I don't often chat myself, but am curious to know by what criteria these people have been silenced if, indeed, that is what has happened, anyone know?
