How many mob heads did you collected till now? Do mobs always drop a head or there's a chance system?

#1242 I think I got 17. The rarest mobs are, the more they drop head. I had to kill almost a hundred cows to get a head, but only one cyan axolotl for his head

If you're on bedrock, use some resource pack that lets you see locked trades.
