Even though they won both of their last games, they still could not go to the playoffs because of: 1. They had a record of 9-8.( you need to get minimum ten wins to go to the playoffs). & 2: they were supposed to win all of their next games after they lost to the Dallas Cowboys. But they couldn’t do it. So the NFL gave them a second chance to go to the playoffs: they had to win both of their next games, and, other than that, the Minnesota Vikings or the Philadelphia Eagles had to lose at least one game and the San Francisco 49ers had to lose at least one game. The Saints won both of their next games, the Eagles AND the Vikings lost one game, but the San Francisco 49ers didn’t lose a game. ( they won against the Houston Texans and they won against the Los Angeles Rams )

But, it’s the NFL. What were you expecting? A football game somewhere in the midst of all the commercials, advertising, talking self-inflated robotic heads maybe?
