If you believe another member is using disallowed resources or otherwise breaking the TOS or fair play rules you should report them directly to staff.

If staff agree then they will handle it and premium status has zero bearing on account closures.

But I play game against guy and he start to play good i blunder a bit but he playing pretty good for 600 blitz. I check his profile mid game and he is friends with two accounts One newer with a different doctor strange profile pic. The other older than the account i faced against but alls have 'Santos' in their usernames and knowing this sites moderation nothing wills be done because all three accounts has chess premium.
But i confronted and they went offline cus they weres exposed.
