Can we do something about all the count to threads?

Can we create a FAQ section to help reduce the redundant questions?

Count threads are something that aren't really allowed anymore, last I knew. There also is a FAQ, though some need updated and some could probably be added.

The support pages are the main FAQ. Every topic in that section/page is a frequently asked question.  There are categories and a search to look for specific information. There are also  stickied posts that serve that role, for some questions as well.

It doesn't really matter too much as people will still ask questions that are answered there. Unless you force someone to read the FAQ before posting anything, or do some checks and give suggested topics or help articles when posting a new topic, kind of like what is done when opening a ticket (though that is third party software.)

I have a FAQ for a club I admin, linked in the club description. I also link a schedule. New members still ask questions answered in those locations.
