Superman doesn't stand a chance against anything higher than SSJ Goku, heck, Goku using the upper levels Kaio-Ken would cause Superman some problems.
As for the freeze breath, Goku has withstood the cold from Hell with no problems, cold that froze characters like Cell solid.
