I just don't understand how it is illegal activity.

What if they were moving at a speed of 31 mph after a speed limit 30 mph sign? Sure, they could get a ticket, but that is not a criminal thing. It is unsafe, but maybe it isn't hurting other people, and it USUALLY OCCURS FROM ACCIDENTS.

Can you please explain to me why it is illegal activity.

This site hada vendette against me so they are looking for things to ban me for. I was threatened to be injured multiple times by OD members, as well as seen trump assassination plans in that, so..its not me. I will drive as fast as i want, mods.
