#81 it is Java combat since the server is java edition, there's just a plugin acting as a proxy for bedrock players
#69 for mods I recommend using prism launcher since you can use many modloaders and install mod packs from both curseforge and modrinth

The server is running Paper, so it can only use Bukkit/Spigot/Paper plugins. This way people do not need a mod loader to play on the server.
If someone with access to Bedrock edition could join and tell me if the custom resource pack works on there, that'd be great :3
You can also join on mobile, or even consoles if you're willing to do some shenanigans with your DNS settings to trick it into thinking this is a partner server
