Pasting mathematical equations in forums.

I don't intend to install Word or Excel on my computer.
And no 'special keyboard' software.
I've been looking to see if there's a Windows tool or trick to paste mathematical equations into text boxes like the one I'm typing in right now.
I know it can be done because I see such equations appearing.
But maybe there's a Chrome extension - but an easy one.
I had no problem using right click Copy to 'image copy' an equation -
the equation in my clipboard right now. I can see it using Windows Key + V.
--------------------
But so far - all attempts to paste it are a no go.
Tried:
Right click Paste
Image button above
Windows 'pictures' folder
Ctrl + V
Windows key + V (can view the equation but it won't paste)
Various combinations of the keys adding Alt and Shift (they appear on the web)
Chrome extensions fx and La Tex and others.
Zero user-friendliness there.
----------------------------------
I'm thinking there's no Windows tools for this.
Ideal: A chrome extension that can do the job easily that is both user-friendly and doesn't require 'sign-in' and the like.
And with little or no jargon or 'cans of worms navigation'.
------------------------
Note - this forum is not just for my benefit.
Its meant for anyone who wants to paste an equation or mathematical expression anywhere on the website.
Without a lot of having to load up the computer with bloatware.
In other words the simplest briefest lightest route to doing this.

Copy/paste. Not type.

The Pitfall is 'copy image' on rightclick.
Correct is 'copy image address' plus 'external link' box under the chess.com image button at second top left.

there it is !
