I'm not sure about the question. Some typical tips: 1, More than 4 character password preferably 7-8 (mine is 13 to make a small steroid example) 2: Use browsers not supplied by provider (I.E chrome firefox) 3: I would always rather a pre paid burner phone that doesn't track you over say a smart phone, that tracks basically every keystroke. 4: Get a proxy or VPN enabled for a smart phon while browsing.

I just tried to look at this again. Someone may know through monitoring software such as parental controls. If they pay for your plan I belive they can ask the provider.

Who knows what else one can control with parental controls?

Same me. Just had an experience outside of this realm where someone claimed I was sharing all the details of our conversation with someone else because....how else would they know?

With parental controls, Many children are restricted from the internet and other things such as over PG-13 movies. The vast majority of restrictions available is ridiculous. Much of it is not even needed.
