You are a fool, stop posting.
Fair enough.
Anyway, I've done the research. According to Internet lawyering there is not really much I can do.
I suppose the best thing to do is avoid giving this thief any more ideas. It's for the better anyway, I did join the website in the first place to learn about chess, not to post nonsense.
Yes, here's the link to his:

And the link to mine:

Mods, before you will censor me I would like to request removal of this and discussed post, on the ground of racial abuse of cultural heritage of people of Indian subcontinent. Thank you.
lolz, FrederickClegg is as daft as you are, he accuses Principa27 of stealing videos in which Principa27 is the handle of the player... Where do they get people like you from?

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLJJrbHfWhhiczMRBL9A_PA (you can clearly see nick Principa27 on the videos)
none of the above are adverts!
well unless you can prove from other sources that you are the author it's a bad idea, timing matters too I believe
Anyway, since I have calmed down a bit and do not feel like authority in matter of linguistic analysis, @VladimirHerceg91 I believe that right course of action is to print-screen your original post and bother staff of lichess, they are good peoples, they will understand.
I am sorry for flaming a bit, but dude, you need to get a grip, man.
I'm repeating myself over the years anyhow, so it's a bad idea, but it's probably irrelevant because it's almost impossible to prove it was not stolen from me, if it was stolen in the first place obviously. Well you know, e-mails from some 10 years ago,etc.etc. Irrelevant anyway.
There is good habit of self-publishing on private server alongside public, and linking content. If you feel like it you may try to issue license for your posts (probably you would want to consult chess.com on this).
How does plagiarism work on the Internet?
I was on another chess website browsing, where I word for word saw one of my forum topics stolen!
It was this piece (the original) : https://www.chess.com/forum/view/general/the-problem-with-the-indian-defences
It was taken by some guy called FredrickClegg or something stupid. I am quite upset by this, is there anyway I can sue this person?
I'm sorry to inform you all but I may stop posting if my work can't be protected. I will not be a made a fool like this.
The article was stolen and placed on this site: [link to competitor site removed]
[Please don't post links to competitor sites here in our forums - this could be construed as indirectly advertising the content of those forums. People can always PM you for a link if they're really interested.
In effect you are only promoting that other person and their content, who has the same username as a user that was banned from Chess.com for repeated violations of our Terms of Service.
