Unfortunately I’m unable to post pictures, that icon that allows this , is not showing anymore which I find very strange.
Before when ever I went to the last page oof a thread, I could see this row of various icons, and one of them enabled me to post a picture, but it’s not showing anymore 🤷♂️

I guess, because you made a new account you won't be able to post pictures right now. The site has introduced a waiting period before a user is allowed to post images.
I am not aware of the duration of the waiting period though.
