I don't think he's a very good forward tbh, I think there are much better options Arsenal should have gone with, but Ig that's 2 returns in 2 games.

yeah he isnt a good forward, we obviously got him to get the goals which has not really happened this season but one thing good is because of his physical presence taking up the time of opposition defenders it allows more freedom for the other players. However i think we should look for a new forward in the summer, someone with premier league experience.
The issue is that players who shine in exotic leagues (in this case, the Portuguese league) can almost never shine in the Premier League where everything is so much more physical and faster than any other league. To translate your talent takes a long time, if it can even be done.
Personally, I’d give him more time. Keep in mind that it’s just his first season.

Exactly. The Portuguese league is a doddle compared to the PL. It was the same with Wirtz transitioning from the Bundesliga. The difference is that Wirtz has adapted.

Oh god can we really not go a game without someone getting injured? Trossard is subed off injured, and we are certainly not the only team in the league who gets injuries every game too.
