Sorry to say, but you are pretty late to the party. I (as European) was really flabbergasted to see how lazily the onslaught on net neutrality was fought back this time around (in 2017/18).
It's way too late now, the damage is done. You still have to fight of course, but - honestly: Shame on you! The "Red Alert" now in May 2018 is like pondering whether to call fire service while roof and kitchen is already lost.
The loss of net neutrality in the US affects ppl of all countries using the internet, because the US is just too big and has tons of servers. Shame on you - companies and citizens alike for being so lazy this time!
