Do you ever wonder what you want out of life? Are you happy?

I'm happy. I'd say most of my life I haven't been but right now I am. I feel great.

I think it depends on one's definition.

I can be content purely by relaxing. It's enjoyable to be alive actually.

But to be happy, for me anyway, I need people.

And right now I have enough people being kind to me to be happy.

People, people who need people, are the luckiest.

I never know the rest. I always think sons of bitches.

Do I really need a shave pulp? I use a beard trimmer lately so I'm never completely clean shaven. I'm getting older and I think it hides that fact a little.

Right well when I'm mindful my attention flits around.

Now let's look at meditation and prayer.

So I can notice my breathing. I'm not chanting. I'm on the bus. I'll try noticing my breathing.

What would I chant anyway? I am great I am great. One nil one nil.

Okay meditated. Speed meditating. I've achieved instant nirvana. Seriously though that was about concentrating my attention. Next to try deliberately being mindful

Right as I suspected. When I am deliberately mindful I'm focussing my attention too. I'm focussing on my mind conceiving problems. And when it does I choose not to solve.

Now I want to try to achieve not focussing my attention at all. Or focussing my attention on everything.
