when I am with people they always kick me, sometimes one of the people that plays with me, gives me a hug or hold me but a couple of seconds later he/she will either throw or kick me away again....what am I?

A bartender offered the same exact drink to 2 customers.
The first customer had 10 of those drinks in 20 minutes. The second customer had only that 1 drink in the 20 minutes. The second customer died but the first survived. Explain how did this happen?

no really I just thought what is different drinking super fast and super slow and when I go out I always have those ice cubes left in my glass xP
