Scene's We'd Like To See

Here is a place for good old Mock the Week inspired jokes. The rules are simple: I will say a Mock the Week topic, and you have to come up with a joke for it. At the end of each day, points will go to the user with the funniest jokes (note: I am allowing jokes to be taken from the internet)

The first topic is:

"1827. The Cold Air Balloon is invented. But it doesn't really take off"

And at the end of that round, the points go to Edgeworth for being the only person to add something.

So basically the "Whose Line Is It Anyway" segment "Scenes From A Hat", right? If this is new to you, then I just gave you many ideas

Right, in Britain we have a show called Mock The Week, which is made by the same people who invented "Whose Line Is It Anyway" (the original British version), and as a result it is basically the same thing but with satire blended into it and with a legendary panel lineup.
