Seriously? Roblox moderation problems

look at this. How does that break the rules? He insulted my parents first. But of course, the so called "innocent" don't get banned. He was being like those kids who think their the best and they are always right. he was complaining about getting teamed on, but it's a battlegrounds/ Fighting game. Ofc he's gonna get teamed on. Skill issue if you ask me. He had the most op character, which was immortal, but he died to two teamers

I'm disappointed in Roblox. I hoped they improved moderation.

I did

Ok, so basically, I was playing a battlegrounds game, and I was looking in the chat and saw this guy named HirofumiKumori saying, imagine needing to team. Then another guy named askfg256 who I assume fought him said, "Bro, You had an immortal character, with ultimate. how did you die to two non-ult guys using the weakest/ mid character? then they started arguing. And me, as an argument seeker, I joined the aregument. so we argued, then you see, the things in the offensive items list, well, I said them. cuz he was saying the exact same things to me. SOMEHOW, I GOT BANNED, BUT THE PERSON WHO INSULTED MY PARENTS FIRST AND STARTED THE ARGUMENT DIDN'T GET BANNED. I KNOW THIS CUZ askfg256 is my friend and DM'd me asking me why I wasn't in game. I told him everything and he said the guy who started it didn't get banned. I sent an honest appeal and even complained about the moderation, but it's somehow still a violation. Like bro

also, make sure to specify who you're calling a kid

For what I can read, it seems you didn't really said them very gently, you have been really rude, you shouldn't be surprised by your ban/mute
