My brain...
Something about wishes

If you don’t know, when pinnichio tells a lie his nose grows

There's a similar one on "El Quijote" about a village who only lets ppl in if they say the truth about where they're going and hangs them if they dont. A man goes up to the village entrance and gets asked where he's going to, which he replies "I'm gonna go die hung by yall for lying".

They let the man enter the village, stating that in these cases we have to decide protecting life and avoiding death.

(Oop, looks like I decided to stalk this thread. Idk why I didn't just answer lol)
Ig in your example, you would stop being their friend, but they would still be yours 🙃
But I suppoooose under different circumstances, they'd cancel each other out, non?
So you'd just be wasting your wishes.

Actually, I know a joke similar.
Three friends are stuck on a desert island, and they find a genie lamp. So they pick it up and rub it, and out pop the genie.
He tells the friends, since there are three of you, I'll give you each one wish.
The first friend immediately asks to be sent home, the genie snaps his fingers and the friend teleports to his house.
The second friend says, well, I wish I could be sent straight to the restaurant in my town. The genie snaps his fingers, and he teleports away.
The genie turns to the third friend, and asks, well?
The third friend thinks for a moment. And he looks around and sees that he is the last one and feels lonely. So he tells the genie: I wish I had my friends back.

well in my example, both wishes are wished at the exact same time, making it a paradox
whereas in yours, they happen at different times, one having the "i was first" advantage
So I've been thinking about the whole concept of wishes and stuff and I came across this paradox.
What happens if a genie grants both me and a mate a wish at the exact same time and we both say smth that the other doesn't want to happen.
For example I say "I don't want do be friends with my mate" and they say "I want to be friends with martux (aka me)".
Would any of us get their wish granted and if so why?
