Stupid bored games you used to play before smartphones

Nice, yeah the sports we made up as kids I look back and think how creative we were.
We had one called BeatBall, it was like 500 (American football game variant) except one person would call out the points and through a nerf ball as high as they could, Everyone would through their bats (metal and plastic); whoever hit the ball in air would get the points, and so on. Ironically my cousin broke his arm not because of the bats, but because my uncle through the nerf ball too hard at him one time.
What are some games, made up or not, that you used to play when you were board?
In the caddy shack, when I was younger, we used to throw pennies and try to get them down a pipe in the ground, where that pipe led I don't know.
