The same principal applies to gender. Why are you judging men by their gender rather than their character? Both men and women should be put in positions based on their skills, and intellectual and moral worth not based on any external attribute.

If you tried to men would fight back and not being sexist just from data scientists collected the average male is stronger then the average female so there are some women stronger then other men but the women would probably lose.
