ik many people hate to see these kinds of threads but I don’t want people to think I’m dead or something.

I feel I should explain the reason why I’m deciding to leave chess.com:

I haven’t been very good to you guys. I’ve been constantly inactive, and have barely supported anyone in any endeavor or problem. In other words, I have been absent, ignorant, an awful friend; which is why you guys probably don’t need me and it would most likely be better if I weren’t here.

i would try to fix things up by being more active but frankly I think I’ve screwed all my relationships with everyone up so much that I doubt I can.

I’ve come to this conclusion by myself, after much thinking.

You are fine, being inactive contrary to popular claims. is not a cardinal sin. You don't have to help everyone with a problem, and just the fact that you motice you can do better puts you above 99.8% of us, hopefully you will come back.
