OP has it entirely wrong. Uninformed fanaticism.
The earth will never run out of water or oil. Both are renewable resources being replenished daily.
The very real cause for concern is a virus mutation capable of wiping out the species. Next we have nuclear holocaust. Of course an alien invasion makes many lists, but let's keep the topic sensible

Dinosaurs were much more vulnerable than humanity. You bet, if Chicxulub asteroid hits the Earth nowadays, the vast majority of humanity will easily survive the event and quickly adapt to the new environment.

Oil is manufactured and and manipulated so the sheep-like masses can be controlled and made to pay trillions? It seems a bit far fetched.
