Personally, I’m not really sure, but what could’ve made that flag wave? Please post your opinion.

EDIT: I am, of course, talking about that first moon landing of Neil Armstrong.

The flag waving was caused by a bent wire.

There doesn't seem to be stars because the sun light hitting the surface of the moon makes it super bright, therefore stars aren't very see able.

And if you say one thing about not being able to see the American flag, how can you? You'd need to use a high powered telescope for something so small.

god knows all.🙏

You got that right. We don't have "high powered telescopes" but we can fly men to the moon, land and return !!!

"see able" I slap my knees with these references ! Too funny !!!

We heard it here 1st ! Bent wire caused flag on the moon to wave !!!

I suppose that "bent wire" still remains in the flag, waving to us today ! Maybe modern telescopes can see it today ... you think?

Man, why is this Tilted_Patzer guy always trying to disapprove my theories.

You want all the myths busted?
Ok fine.

MYTH 1 the flags were waving

"You can tell the moon landing was faked because the American flag appeared to be flapping as if 'in a breeze' on videos and photographs supposedly taken from the airless lunar surface."
The fact of the matter is "the video you see where the flag's moving is because the astronaut just placed it there, and the INERTIA from when they let go of it kept it moving," said space flight historian Roger launius, of the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C.

Right.
