Actually no, #2 is copper and #3 is red. If #1 were copper, he would say he was red (as he would lie) and if he were red, he would say he is red (as he wouldn’t lie). Therefore, he could not have said “I’m copper” and #2 lied. As #3 said #2 lied, he told the truth.
