No. It's difficult to put many bands into categories, but I'd say it's more of a blues/rock/jazz combo.

Well, my list is kind of all over the place, I like so many different styles of music. This is in no particular order:

Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Bizet, Van Halen, Metallica, Megadeath, System of a Down, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, U2, Bob Marley, The Isley Brothers, Scorpions, Soundgarden, Snoop Dogg, Sting/The Police, Paul Simon, Johnny Cash, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, The Eagles, Anthrax, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton/Cream, Alice in Chains, Dire Straits, Bob Dylan, White Snake, Weezer, Galactic Cowboys, The Killers, Earth Wind and Fire, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Otep, Judas Priest, Sublime, Alter Bridge, Tremonte, Parliament, and Prince. Just to name a few lol. If I haven't bored you yet, I have a lot more that I could mention

I find a strong analogy between Salieri and Cristiano Ronaldo (aka CR7)

Top 10 all time in music? I would suggest that one way to judge that is by how many musicians a composer influences after his own time. 

Start with the three "B's -- Bach, Brahams and Beethoven. Toss in Motzart, Wagner, Verdi,  Purcell, Cage, Stravinsky, Tchaikovsky,and Haydn. 

Then argue about which one to cut from the list :)

I think it would be better to compile a top 10 (maybe top 5 would be better) of composers in the various time periods of music like Classical, Romantic, ect.
