in year 2055 there’s a giant meteor that is bigger than earth is heading towards earth! and we have tried everything! and there’s no escape! and already the rest of the planets in our solar system like mars are already destroyed! and very big earthquakes are happening in earth! and giant floods are happening so only the mountains are left! and we are in the tallest mountain in the world! and the world is going to end in 24 hours! (each day is one hour) so have much fun as possible!
If larger than earth, it would be larger and more dense, thus having a greater gravitational pull. Chances are, if it's moving at a speed we didn't see it before, it will pass by too fast for the gravitational pulls to affect it, and we won't collide. It will, however, throw us in or out of orbit, leading to a slow, either burning hot or frigid, death. So probably not 24 hours.
