400 is likely a fluke. IQ isn’t really accurate because some people have really good pattern recognition skills and logic which is mostly what IQ tests focus on, rather than all areas of brain, plus some people just strike lucky and guess questions extremely fast
He did a self test. Those aren’t accurate.

My IQ was 132 when I was in 6th grade, according to a different test it was like 128
Mine is 147, tested by a doctor last year

One thing that we at the 99th IQ-percentile have in common, is that we speak several languages in addition to our mothertongue. We can be mathematicians or engineers, but the language factor is a sure sign.
Note: Those with a high visual IQ also perform great on language tests - If they are TRULY intelligent.
