Dear Plimsol, please tell us,
what issue do you have experienced regarding to the site?
I have experienced some chessboard fail when move.
I try move queen to e8 and it movs it to e4, for example.
I’m not really angry or upset. I’m just the dog in the middle of a battle with many people battling it out when I just want a glass of water….
I suffered the exact same issue! In quite a few of my games either my move didn't get updated when I made it or the gams where I was lowest on time and had to make a move just didn't show up on my list as they normally do. When I realised something is wrong as I suddenly got timed out off multiple games, I went into the list of games which don't show up as highlighted(because its the opponents turn) and sure enough there was a game where I had to make a move with 40 mins left. And on the top of my list, the most urgent I had to make a move was around 16 hours!!
Please fix this problem Chess.com and refund points to whoever has lost due to this bug

Has this individual tried looking at his losses to find out why he's losing? Is he doing stupid things to get punished for, like not completing development? Leaving pieces hanging? Moving the Queen in the opening too early?
