When a now 1115 rating player loses on time repeatedly, you know he needs to play faster or not play bullet. If you can't win in the time you're given, you don't deserve to win.
What do you expect to happen when you run out of time?

This point has been repeated numerous times above, but OP is not able to react to reason. This thread is stupid. OP is stupid. Maybe if the rest of us quit responding, he will go away.
THis site really SUCKS!!1 Ive been playing on here for 7 years and the only consistant non cheater on anytime game not just one min games are the computers. But Im glad you guys figured how to create an institution for all of the wonder players on here to cheat on. I know you make great money but your system has never gotten better. If you complain about cheating they make fun of you on here because they KNOW they cant provide a platform for people to play honestly on here. ONly thing interesting is watching some of the grandmasters that you guys pay to play on this site. But honestly a really classless group who owns and runs this site....To call your clients fools because YOU cant provide the proper technology! What a joke you people are.

If by cheating you mean using a computer... what exactly do you think the computers are? 
Seriously, at your level you aren't playing enough cheaters for it to matter much. Most cheaters are going to be playing at a higher level, and a lot of them do get caught. Some smart cheaters will get away with it, but that's unavoidable unless you are really strict and ban everyone at the slightest suspicion, which means banning a lot of innocent people.

If you are talking about 1 minute games, well, it's another kind of sport. Playing to win or to flag is part of the game. People have to adapt themselves to it. In longer time controls, I agree that sometimes, people should just resign.
