Trying to locate the member Nongxha

I'm trying to locate the member Nongxha as I had promised to give him a laptop for his chess playing. Since then, I've had just about every bad thing imaginenable happening in my life, all starting with my father passing away, so I haven't for both financial and other reasons been able to make good on my promise.

I also cancelled my premium membership here as I couldn't afford it any longer, which apparently also deletes all my message records, so no messages are being saved. Is that really necessary to get people to buy premium?
