Could it maybe, just maybe be your own internet and/or PC causing this? I mean sure it sounds incredulous, but perhaps there is a .0000001% chance that it is on your end, and not chess.com.
Tip #1: Go to a bandwidth testing website (simply google bandwidth speed test), and test using a server out of California, USA. If you are getting a horrible ping rate, bingo, it's definitely you.
Tip #2: If it isn't on your end, you need to post this in the Help & Support forum if you expect staff assistance. We're just regular shmucks, not staff, so all we can do is offer our opinions on what to do.
