Greetings!

This is not only a try to get opinions; also to provide a guide in Chess.com.

Thanks very much for your comments, in advance!

Approachable admins are usually more popular.

Must be very approachable and have a good communication skill.

Communication and approachability is key between Admins and team members. They must also work well with other Admins on same team so they will know and operate within their 'specific' roles (if assigned). Being able to effectively communicate with Admins in other teams helps to build good repore which can benefit in organizing tournaments, team matches, vote chess matches, etc.

Admins should also be willing to actually 'work' to build/maintain his/her team(s), and not just hold the title. Lastly, they need to have an 'active' login history on C.c. Admins (including SAs) whom have not been online in several weeks (or even months), should not really be serving in that capacity in any team.

Available, objective, calm, motivational and working by example (active as a player too), respecting all member's opinions (not erasing comments, even and above all when he disagrees).
